Half of the Assembly's 150 members are new as of 2000, and most of these campaigned their way to Albany on promises to shake up the place so why are all those nutty reformers complaining that there is no change in Albany. 50% change without any term limits, without non partisan election or even redistricting reform. Sounds pretty good. Washington DC could learn from Albany.
