I have a feeling the race to watch will be in the GOP primary. There are a lot of people in this district who were furious when Mr. Hall was elected. There are likely to be a lot of people running for the honor to run against an incumbent Dem when the country will likely still be at war with Iraq, and George Bush will still be president. In this district, which had a very long serving member of congress, I'm sure there are a lot of people waiting in the wings to run for this seat, the least of which will be a former marine who served in Iraq. Heck, even my secretary's mother is talking about running (I'm not kidding), so I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot of people declare in the next year.
