But he and Philip Weiss appear to have calmed down a bit and there is a possibility (maybe a slim one) that a constructive conversation will take place. (See "I'm Too Harsh on my Own People" and the responses). So stop being angry and tell us if you think there is any way to fix the problem you've identified.
