My wife has become severly depressed due to the treatment received during her 16+years of employment with the Ryan/NENA Community Health Care Center on the lower east side of New York City. She was terminatrd on the spot for a procedural error on the part of the supervising staff. the supervisor didn't cop to the error and let my wife take the full blame. She is constantly crying and can really use the help of someone with a little knowledge and influence at this point. The delegates assigned to her case seem like theyr'e not working in her best interest and have even gone as far as requesting and apology from her in order to get her job back and she didn't do anything wrong. Also, this seems to happen to a curious amount of the senior employees at this particular center....as if they were trying to prevent the older workers from reaching their pension periods. So if there are any immediate suggestions I would greatly appreciate your assistance and direction in this matter.
