As a mother of a 7 yr old child with Autism, I found the 15 minutes I did get to watch very moving. The awareness needs to spread. I find everyday, someone that has not one clue of what "Autism" is. I encounter some of the most rude people in our world because my son has a meltdown in the middle of Wal-Mart because he wants ANOTHER chess board. I have started handing out autism cards that explain what and why it is to those who do stare or make rude comments. If every parent would do this, maybe the ignorance of this devastating disorder would disappear.
