Yeah, that's cute that the prof went to the U of Chicago and lived in Hyde Park for a few years, but Chicagoans really couldn't care less about what New Yorkers are doing. That's why its Chicago -- not pretentious, not status obsessed. If Chicago wanted to be like New York they'd just stop picking up the garbage and start letting homeless people ride the subways with their pants around their ankles. Voila!
