Jadean Watkinson (not verified) says:

I am 65 yrs old with arthritis in my knees and feet. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrom. I am 5ft.6in tall and weigh 185 and trying to lose weight. I lost 20 lbs in the last year and my goal is to lose another 20 lbs this year. I have trouble with my legs (from my knees to my toes) hurting really bad, especially when I go to bed or relax. I also have trouble with my feet and legs swelling really bad. I went on vacation to Hawaii and then to the Bahamas and my feet and ankles stayed swollen really bad the whole time I was gone. They hurt really bad also. Is all this from arthritis or does fibromyalgia have something to do with it as well? Can you tell me what I need to do about this? Thank you very much.
