Continue Medicare Managed care, and this could be done without even getting rid of choice.
Those who are against such equality are those who have better than equality right now.
Start with most of your fellow senior citizens, who pay nothing in and get everything out. Perhaps you care about the next generation, at least within your own family. So do I. The rest?
Unionized public employees and former public employees also have a pretty good deal. So do New York's non-profiteers.
