I've not dealt with Parker, but I have with Dear, and there is no doubt that Parker is completely on target in his evaluation of Dear, who should not be elected, selected as a candidate or appointed to anything. He's as bad as any public official out there (he's now on the Taxi & Limousine Commission, and of course was a council member for years), certainly among the worst two or three of the hundreds I've encountered over the years.
