Thank God just as much that we don't have to rely on them to do the thinking and policy-making.

Different jobs need different skillsets. But, in fairness, let's rememeber that the soldiers serving in Iraq do not have unfettered access to information. They are flooded with right-wing propaganda all day long. Rush is in Iraq, but Air America isn't. 'Nuff said.
