A follow-up to the Borough President's absured obfuscation: Mr. Carrion, your statement seems to indicate that you believe that the federal government should be issuing driver's licenses, or some other form of a national identity card. If not -- and, as a reminder, the issuance of driver's licenses has always been within the purview of the states, not the federal government -- do you believe that states should allow undocumented aliens to have driver's licenses, or not?
