All Eli has ever done is win games. I doubt seriously if he took Tiki's unwarranted comments "to heart." Success and failure can't be placed on one player's shoulders. Eli has performed admirably, leading his team to the playoffs while enduring criticism that he doesn't yell or get emotional. Personally, I'd rather have the wins.
