It would really be a lot more clear if the writer would be willing to add the young lady's first name in front of the remark too...as in

"She's a nasty bitch," Danielle Clarke said on the way back to the Obama section.

Just so people undestand this was an Obama supporter obviously commenting about Hillary, not Wes Clark commenting about the Obama supporter.
