NY Political Addict (not verified) says:

Sabini's a great guy but he's seems to be on the wrong side of the congestion pricing debate. Only 46.7 percent of his constituents own an automobile and only 3 percent drive into the Manhattan CBD to work. His district would benefit from the extra transit service proposed in PlaNYC 2030 and the capital investments funded from the congestion pricing revenue like East Side Access. There would also be less traffic on Queens Blvd. and Northern Blvd. during rush hour.

His likely primary opponent, Councilmember Monserrate, gets it and supports C.P.
