Tom Cruise has always been a great actor. He just never really had a clue about life. It took him years to realize that African American actors/actresses exist. He then started putting them in his movies. His allegiance to Christian Science has only made him weirder. It amazes me how he's been able to survive "bad press" for his shortcomings. But, he is and has always been one of the world's best actors!
