The newspaper reporter should have also looked into the relationship between Councilman Domenic Recchia (CI is in his district)and Mr. Sitt. Mr. Sitt & Assoicates & family ( and he has a large family in the Sephardic Community) has contributed thousands of dollars to Mr. Recchia campaigns over the past years. This has skewered the process of finding the right developer for CI. Their relationship should be carefully looked at by various agencies. I think city planning has noticed this and this is why Mr. Sitt is having a great deal of difficulty with the process.
