Unless the adults are not in their right minds, in which case, I do not care to read about them.

Why has the observer let the shallow legacy of Candace Bushnell, created by an immature audience, obscure their understanding of worthwhile reading? The Observer has the appeal of smart yet sassy. The trick is not to let the eagerness for sassy overshadow the necessity for smart.
