With the way the team played the last two games, and the inspired play from the end of last season, give them another 10 games before judging. If Steph brings that type of game every night you will see a different team than the one that lost 8 straight games.

Give it some more time. They are all playing hard (finally).

But, I can agree that this should be Thomas' last season if they don't make the playoffs or fail to be competitive in the playoffs.
