I love how the commenters above both COMPLETELY MISS the point about why this is wrong. It has nothing to do with the LGBT or any other group. "Hate Crime" designation is blatantly unconstitutional. Lawmakers know it, prosecutors know it, and anyone with a spat worth of legal education knows it.

I really don't know how this is being allowed. Our legislators should be taken to task for passing such a law in the first place.

The last thing our leadership should be concerned about is people who would actually TEACH CHILDREN TO HATE. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting.
