The other responders--Karen, Truth Hurts and LuvsFunYunz --hit the nail on the head so many times that they have built a tall building of truisms. I am yet another of the UNlucky ones who worked with Amy Rosenblum. All I can say is Hallelujah!!! It is so wonderful to find out that she is FINALLY getting what she deserves. That old saying, "what goes around, comes around!" never seemed to hold true. The most horrible people always seemed to keep moving to the top and were never punished for their remorseless cruelty and cut-throat behavior. That is until now. Since Amy Rosenblum got fired, my faith has been restored. There really is a God!! Amy Rosenblum killed the careers and spilled the life blood of so many hard-working, good, decent co-workers at every place she worked. It is divine justice that she has AT LONG LAST gotten the ax herself. Amy Rosenblum rose to the top in all the wrong ways...she is a genius at sucking up (literally and figuratively) to the "right" people and tossing aside those who get in her way. She is a genius at making friends with people like Jeff Zucker, Katie and Matt and then bad-mouthing them behind their backs. It's just amazing that those bright people never saw through her phony behavior, never saw how they were being used by her.
Amy Rosenblum loves to be the center of attention and get her face on TV as much as possible. She is the consumate star f----er. She is like sugar with those at the top and like poison to all others. She exhibits sociopathic tendencies. She shows not an ounce of guilt or sympathy for all the lives she has ruined. She even betrays her "friends" and those who help her along the way, for no obvious reason. She gets people fired and moved to other shows if they disagree with her. She feels threatened by anybody with a brain. One can only hope that everybody of importance in television, now realizes that they should keep her out of the workplace. If you want the same old same old, then make her your producer. If you like fashion and hair makeovers and more makeovers and more makeovers, then she's for you. If your show enjoys breast augmentation segments, pieces about sex toys, underwear and plastic surgery, she's your gal. Let's pray that the once prestigious TODAY SHOW, formerly watched by Presidents, world leaders and intelligent viewers, will go back to real news. Edward R. Murrow would slit his wrists if he could see what NBC considers a NEWS show. Now that the trash monger is gone, isn’t it a good time to BRING BACK NEWS AND ETHICS TO THE TODAY SHOW? Good riddance, Amy Rosenblum!
