i did see amy backstab and badmouth but in all fairness we aren't there to be her friend. she did what she came in to do and gave the audience what they wanted to see. whether you agree or not the today shows ratings shot up after amy started and they are still up there. she will leave a lasting legacy regardless if us news people consider her ideas trash, it was what the viewers wanted. she originally came in with a positive attitude but her insecurities took over anytime she felt threatened, for no reason. in reality, she had great ideas and is a very smart woman, she just needs a lot of help to improve her self esteem. she is not a bad person, she is just flawed like the rest of us, unfortunately for her she wears it on her sleeve. hopefully this experience will humble her. the only reason she was let go was because she was over paid not because she wasn't doing a good job. say what you will, the woman did get the job done. we may not agree with the way she works but at the end of the day all anyone really cares about in this business are ratings and she brought it.
