That court case against Marsden makes it clear the complainant was a cheating scumbag and Marsden got angry when she walked in on her boyfriend with another woman.

I have a feeling we would have had a much different outcome if they wouldn't have slapped a gag order on her and prevented her from publicly giving her side of the story. As an attorney, I find that a highly unusual move, indicative of the fact that the prosecution had something to hide (likely a nutty complainant).

Like this person above said, all of this only proves that Marsden dates dickheads, not that she has any real history of anything otherwise.
