Up til last night JOHN EDWARDS wasn't even on the screen for me. Last night he became my candidate, and I usually vote Republican. The reasons he became my candidate is because he spoke about his success in reining in corporate greed and abuse, his participation in drafting the patient's bill of rights, and curbing insurance abuses which have been causing the deaths of citizens of this Country all over various states, and the need to provide for our troops who are sleeping in the streets this winter. I have been an advocate of the free market my entire life, but FREEDOM VOID OF RESPONSIBILITY is not what I mean, and corporations have demonstrated for too long that greed is their only measure of success, putting the rest of us into poverty and early graves. I loved that John Edwards is standing up to and against the lobbyists. He is the agent of change we need, and he has the experience to prove it.
