The CFB got to be kidding. In any court, this type of activity, making phony copies of vendor invoices, & presenting them as real is defintely fraud. If any tax payer who itemized on their income taxes presented phony receipts, guess what...it's fraud and would be prosecuted by the IRS. The CFB should turn over all their evidence to the DOI and let them decide what is what. This politican has to be held accountable, just like john q. public, other than just giving back the money. And he has chutzpah to appeal the CFB decision.
