It sounds as if this man does not know how to hire. So many misses in such a short period of time? Either he cannot convey what he wants in the column to the people he hires, or he tells them one thing and wants another.

Either way, this latest was a real fiasco. How lame is it when you cannot think of a sex question or three and decide to steal them? Every person in the world has at least one sex question.

Try having someone else do the hiring for this job. And write up a much better job description and then find the person who can actually do the job.
