I admire John McCain, but if he runs against Hillary then there will be two flawed candidates on the ballot, and liberals are more likely to give her the benefit of the doubt than there is that the talk radio wing of the GOP will give HIM the benefit of the doubt. I deplore the Clintons' efforts to muddy up Obama, and anyone who doesn't think that's exactly what the Clinton campaign has attempted to do has never been to Arkansas. If Obama overcomes Hillary's lead, then he'll have been blooded and will be able to handle whatever the GOP sloshes his way. And, man, it's gonna be a long muddy way to November.
