I think this is a brilliant idea. So the top-hat might be tacky for the 21st century but if you know a little bit about Jackson Heights, it's Landmark District/Historic District is based upon certain buildings from the 1910's to early 1940's. A top hat at that time could be fashionable so I see history and "character" in this icon. Good for Jackson Heights, Jack Heights, and MPC Properties.
