Webb has the gravitas to counter Obama's deficiencies in defense, war and foreign affairs and ensures a VA victory. The only alternative is General Clark who brings Clinton credentials, a winning war record and is in sync with Obama on Iraq and Iran. I think it counters any McCain attack too. The downside is--which state or states can he bring? Not AK. Obama wins CO and NV on his own, the key will be OH and VA.

Btw Senator Evan Byah may be the most boring pick of all. And he wont bring Indiana to Obama.
