I finally got around to viewing the movie, Schindler's List, and it was so enlightening that I had to watch it twice this past weekend. It was an honoable jesture that you, Mr. Spielberg stepped down from the Chinese Olympic Hoopla. For if a former member of the Nazi party (Mr. Schindler) could defy his own government for what he felt was a just an humanitarian cause, for a people he came to respect and love, then how less of a man can the producer of this story be if he supports a government involved in KNOWN atrocities of genoncide. You are truely a CLASS-ACT, Mr. Spielberg. It's folks with guts like yous that has made heroes in history's past present and future. There are, and has been atrocities in Darfur, and the Chinese Government is caught in the loop, wether they deny it or not. When will the rest of western civilization follow your lead and hear the cry of Darfur.:

Darfur Darfur

Darfur, ...
Darfur, ...
Dark pages of genocide

taking place inside the borders
of Darfur
is the strife of hateful pride

slaughtering children, raping of wives
destroying villages and burning lives
nations choose to ignore
crimes of humanity against
Darfur

As marauders decide
who shall live, who shall die
will disease of Apathy hear your cry..?
Darfur

Rwanda all over again
ethnic cleansing Croatian
Ethiopia, the holocaust
each were all a futile lost

victims pay the price
at fatal cost
and in the end
passivity’s the ultimate boss

Um Zaifa fell to Jungaweed
Hajava burning, Hamada bleeds
When will it end
should it extend
the massacre of life and limb

Darfur...Darfur... dark pages of genocide
when will your hemorrhaging subside
When will Our nations heed to your cry
