Wow. I expected more from Columbia University. Who is this Steve Cohen guy anyway? Is he a scientist? Why doesn't the paper get some people who are actually DOING something in finance, government, real estate, utilities etc. to write about the challenges and accomplishments of going green. These academics may have been green 20 years ago, but the movement has clearly passed them by.
