Why not just buy more trains? They did it for the 2,4,5,6,L,M, and N. Why not the G. Consolidate the existing cars into 8 car trains, and buy new 8 car trains. More cars = more capacity everywhere. We keep taking about expanding the subway, and here is an easy place to add capacity without any construction required. No tunnel boring. No big dig. Just buy more cars.
