It's amusing to think if we have a black President, will the whites look down on the blacks the way they do now? Will they still refer to them as the "N" word, when their President is black? Will we still be referred as 'the minority'? Will we have more blacks in Congress? Will the 'blacks' stop crying out discrimination??? I really cannot see as yet that white americans will want to be ruled by a 'black president'. Many that are not voicing are the silent ones who will vote either a white man or a white woman as president. I don't think America is ready for a black president as yet..just my opinion. Just by the lots of reactions that happened with Rev. Jeremiah Wright's remarks...I know White America is not sleeping.
