Christ, just what New York needed, more old, decrepit buildings. The old Penn Station deserved to die, and a lot more with it that are unfortunately still standing.

God help us if we become like Rome and Paris, who never, ever, tear down anything. That's what is great about America, we hold history in such low esteem, we'll demolish anything in the name of progress.
