Who cares? The Dolans suck. They keep a bad coach named Isiah around long enough. They get tax breaks from the city. It's time the Dolans were given the stick and moved offstage to the extent that that could be done (if need be, get up a gang of the Rich and the Powerful to come barging in and telling them to stop screwing up New York City). In the meantime, revive the "small Moynihan station" plan and build Moynihan at the Farley Post Office.
