When did Toll add the other side of the canal to their project?

The drawing shows a jogging path on the east side. How will toll build that? Also the water is shown much wider than it actually is (100 feet across).

Seems tha the artist used a lake as their water model, just look at that eaven water level.

Tide swings moves water level on the canal up and down 6 feet, two times a day. They should show the rendering with both water levels.
