Western New Yorker (not verified) says:

People hear what they want to hear. During both of her senatorial campaigns she emphatically said she was running for Senator, not President and fully intended to complete her term. She campaigned in Western New York, an area of lost jobs, decreasing population and increasing elderly and poor. Her promise was to bring new jobs and stimulate our economy. She did nothing of the sort. When we were hit by a freak snowstorm in October 2006 with extensive tree damage, FEMA payments were held up. Surprise, surprise! Senator Clinton announced that the payments would finally be made. When was the announcement? One week before the 2008 New York primary.

I don't understand her blue collar support, because if you ask blue collar people around here what they gained from her as Senator. The answer is "nothing"
