I am actually a very happy buyer at 20 Pine. I am not sure about who is Shvo or the developers but I know for fact that I had received very good service from the sales people at the office (Ron and Betsy) and I am closing next week.
I am so happy we have a tax abatement to begin with in a market that doesn't offer it anymore...
I was explained that it will kick in 2009 after 50% of the apartments have been closed and I am quite fine with it.
The development is so so beautiful, with Armani Casa designs and finishes and was and is still priced very very well comparing to all others in the area... and.. my wife and I did shop for quite some time...
