53rd street is a mid-rise mixed use street? On the MoMA block? Assemblyman Gottfried must have last been there in 1975. It is a canyon. Midtown is skyscrapers. The MoMA Spire is a beautiful skyscraper. The rich old folks upset about noise and dust should drawn the blinds and shut the windows and led progress happen.
