You can hire the Dalai Lama to become the Councils Finance Director and that still will not fix the public relations mess that this incompentant Speaker of the City Council has caused. She has lost the confidence of her members and of all New Yorkers. She should be a little bit more genuine and simply take responsibilty and step down--- don't have press conferences simply to save your own career.
