Too funny. The mayor says there's no "hunting lodge" for the Ny water board to hang out at. At the reservoir for San Francisco, Hetch Hetchy, there is a lodge for exactly that purpose. Although now all city bigwigs get to book it to get away from it all, not just the water commissioners.
