The other anonymous is being silly. Naming a building after himself shows that Rangel is a bit egotistical, and maybe the flashy car does too. I doubt that the congressman himself would deny that. But getting things done to benefit his constituents is part of his job and the car is part of his pay. I get paid to do my job too.
