OK, so this doesn't rival Wonkette's sightings of famous-for-D.C. types like Dick Gephardt and Tucker Carlson. But we hear Anthony Weiner was working the Staten Island small-business types on Forest Avenue yesterday, and then stopped by the Staten Island Democrats' meeting. Doing his political homework and, astonishingly -- but wisely, if he actually wants these people to like him -- not alerting his friends in the press.
