Mehiel's Return

The Politicker is told that Dennis Mehiel, the Westchester business man who was Carl McCall's running mate in 2002, is taking another shot at Lieutenant Governor. I wasn't able immediately to reach Mehiel, but ran the story past his friend, the supermarket magnate John Catsimatidis, who confirmed it. "He's got money in the bank, he's bored, and he thinks he can do some good things for the world," Catsimatidis said.
