McLaughlin's Seat

A couple of people familiar with the race got in touch this morning to offer a somewhat different version of who may be seeking to replace labor leader Brian McLaughlin in the state assembly.

John Liu evidently doesn't live in the district and can't run. Tony Avella does and might. Others in the race are lawyer Rory Lancman and two other local politicos, John Dorsa and Morshed Alam.
