Supporters of Aaron Teitelbaum, the eldest son of the Grand Rebbe Moses Teitelbaum, whose death last month sparked a battle of succession, claim that the man in the precinct is responsible for the broken finger of one of Aaron's supporters.
Scott E. Mollen, a lawyer who represents another Teitelbaum brother, Zalmen, counters that the supporters of Aaron were responsible for any disturbance, and noted that the Zalmen supporter in the station was only being questioned about that. If anything, he said, the aggressors were in Aaron's camp.
"The guard he hired could have easily helped the New York Giants front line," he said.
Now there are rumors of a protest planned by Zalmen supporters outside the 90th precinct this evening, but Mr. Mollen said he had heard similar rumors about a protest there this morning, and that never happened.

I Understand your pain, but it will take alot of strong willed prosecutors maybe GIULIANI and SPITZER together to get rid of these thugs, What is interesting about the thugs you are talking about is that if you take a guy like Lezer (Louis) Kestenbaum who is most probably the leader of the pack of thugs, he controls all the monies that comes into Williamsburg being that he is charge of the O.D.A. organization which receives Millions and Millions of dollars from State, Federal, City, etc and he also controls the United Jewish Organization (UJO) of Williamsburg and many more organizations here and abroad like Jerusalem Homes which is an open secret that he is using it as a Massive Money Laundering operation after raising from thousends of people alot of them poor people and bullshiting them that the money is going for poor people in Jerusalem, so here you have the "BOSS" who is well connected politicly, case in point his fight in Greenpoint at one of his real estate holdings there the former Cass Gilbert Building which he was able to overturn our own populer Mayor's veto in the City Council with his connections, and what do you need more then the fact that he was indicted in the state of Ohio and after spending Millions in bribes he got away with one of the biggest frauds in that state, these thugs will be very hard to get rid, yes it is a fact that in the last several years you have seen some of Kestenbaum's best buddies and partners get convicted like his partner Nat Schlesinger, and his buddy Victor Jacobs from Allou getting indicted but the big Sharks are still flying around.....

The real estate industry is pouring thousands into Councilman David Yassky's congressional campaign - including two controversial developers, the Daily News has learned.
Joshua Guttman and the Kestenbaum family are just two of the land barons who have given more than $50,000 to Yassky, according to filings.
"Subliminally or subconsciously, these folks probably get more access [to Yassky] when the phone rings," said Neal Rosenstein, a government reform coordinator for the New York Public Interest Research Group.
After Guttman's Greenpoint Terminal Market went up in flames in a suspicious fire last week, Yassky returned a $500 contribution. Guttman has denied involvement in the fire, the city's largest since 9/11.
Spokesman Evan Thies denied that developer's contributions influenced Yassky.
"There is absolutely no link between donations and David's governing," said Thies. "There are plenty of developers in Greenpoint, Williamsburg, DUMBO and Brooklyn Heights who have given him money and are upset over his stance against their developments."
Yassky helped create affordable housing in Brooklyn and was an opponent of DUMBO developer Jed Walentas' 38 Water St. project, which threatened to block views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Thies said.
Guttman and the Kestenbaums also have contributed to other politicians - including Sens. Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer, City Councilman Simcha Felder, former presidential candidate Al Gore and former vice presidential candidate Jospeh Lieberman.
Williamsburg preservationists also pointed to the Austin, Nichols & Co. warehouse at 184 Kent Ave., which the City Council voted not to give landmark status to in November. As representative of the district, Yassky was the force behind the nonlandmark vote.
The building is owned by brothers Louis and Moshe Kestenbaum - who in 1991 pleaded guilty to a scheme to sell cosmetics and groceries intended for the former Soviet Union.
Instead, the Kestenbaums and three others were convicted of illegally selling them in the U.S. for a $4 million profit.
In the last two years, Yassky has gotten a total $2,100 from Louis Kestenbaum's son, Joel, and $3,000 from two Kestenbaum business associates.
Yassky officials said he was unaware of the Kestenbaums' crimes.
"Experiences shows us that when a candidate is receiving hundreds if not thousands of contributions, it's next to impossible to know what each contributor has done years and years ago that might raise a question," said Yassky election lawyer Jerry Goldfeder. "We look at all the contribution checks, and we scrutinize them as best we can."

Louis kestenbaum A satmar Chasid is being accused. WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A teenage girl has filed a $50 million lawsuit against a New York billionaire, saying he sexually abused her when she was 14.
Louis Kestenbaum”s attorney says the allegations are false and motivated by money. Kestenbaum is also the CEO of Fortis properties and the ODA a goverment funded organisation in the williamsburg section of Brooklyn NY
The girl, now 17, claims Louis Kestenbaum invited her to his Florida mansion in 2005 to perform a massage for $300. The lawsuit, filed in federal court, claims he demanded she remove her clothes, then sexually assaulted her.
The girl, her father and stepmother are seeking more than $50 million.

Both the Jewish community and non-Jews know that the Schlesingers are crooks and criminals, and can see how stupid they are to take an article about someone else and change the names around just for spite.
