My, how the standards have been lowered at the White House. Even though Rove committed borderline criminal activity, the President still welcomes him as a top adviser with security credentials.

The fact that he was not indicted should not relieve him of all immoral, unethical and possibly-damaging-to-our-national -security behavior.
