Don't Ask For That

I couldn't resist posting this.

Hillary Clinton noted that Abraham Lincoln "didn't hesitate" to change generals during the Civil War, and that said "We have a secretary of defense who is not credible anymore."

John Spencer responded, "Abraham Lincoln changed generals...you're not president yet Mrs. Clinton, so don't call for that."

However, what she SHOULD ask for is a new makeup consultant. Either that last face peel was done with a sandblaster or she is wearing too much bronzer, she looks like the fake she is. Anyway, nice to see that Al Gore's makeup artist has found work again...

The anti Hillary comments are always so juvenile.

JAD (not verified) says:

That was Spencer's one good line and it was quite a zinger. But he otherwise batted one for twenty-one and made a few big errors - the fence for example. Overall, Spencer was in October A-Rod territory.

JoshS (not verified) says:

Actually, it wasn't much of a zinger. Everyone running for office, rep, senator or prez, says what they would do as prez. It sounded to me more like a prepared line he couldn't fit anywhere else so he just threw it out there. Yawn.

JAD (not verified) says:

O come on. give Spencer his due. Yes, it probably was a prepared line waiting to be sprung at the right moment, but Hillary provided him with the perfect opportunity. So, in this case, lightning struck once - but no more.

PoliticalCritic (not verified) says:

I don't even understand why there was a debate in the first place. Isn't she winning by like 50 points?
