Badillo is truly becoming a bigger sell-out than Linda Chavez. It's easy for him to tout his rags to riches story, CUNY was free when he attended, something that he could've changed for the millions of foreign students who were forced to pay once the racist policy to change open admissions and force students to pay tuition were enacted. Badillo, is a disgrace.
