No way, Jose... (not verified) says:

Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Serrano should not complain about money not being spread evenly across the aisle, when he doesn't even spread money evenly across his own district! I am unhappy to say that I am his constituent, and because I live in a part of the district he doesn't feel he needs to pay any attention to, he simply doesn't. No town hall meetings, no neighborhood meet and greets, NOTHING. And, I'm in city government and go to many meetings and can tell you that many times his reps are not there either.

He is supposed to be representative for ALL his constituents, not just the ones who live in the South Bronx or are low income East Harlemites. Olga wasn't great, but he's the pits as an elected. How long did it take him to have a Manhattan district office?? The fact that he is in the minority is no excuse for basically ignoring a portion of his district.
