Quinn's Near Miss in Israel
There was a "rocket explosion" about 10 minutes outside the place in Israel where City Council Speaker Christine Quinn was meeting with an Israeli official, according to Quinn's office.
Nobody was injured, and Quinn will discuss the incident at 2 p.m. in a conference call with reporters.

Tell me when Israel last bombed Gaza -- it simply isn't happening. And yet the Palestinians have bombed Israel since Israel left Gaza in 2005. Further -- Sderot isn't disputed territory. Sderot is clearly within the Green line, which is the pre-1967 border of Israel.
whether Israel has bombed Gaza recently is not a relevant issue the issue of relevance is the illegal occupation, the degrading of the Palestinians due to the aforementioned occupation.
